video provides additional list of superfoods like Quinoa, Goji Berries, Acai Berries, Wheat
Grass, Spirulina, Hemp Protein, Agave Nectar and Stevia. These additional superfoods, however, are not
known worldwide and its availability is not broad. In this video, Natalie talks
about the health benefits of these foods, most of which are the highest sources
of antioxidants like the acai berries and goji berries. She also talks about
the ways on how to prepare these superfoods so that we wouldn’t get tired of
it. We can make it into smoothies or in desserts, but it is more recommended to
consume these raw so as to get the best nutrients.
